Where is recorded information stored?

Your recordings remain on your device locally until you submit your final answers. Once submitted, the audio from recordings is sent to our backend and OpenAI for transcription. You can then correct and confirm the transcripts before requesting feedback.
Does this service cost extra?

No! Access to this video tool is included as part of our standard monthly and annual subscriptions, alongside all our courses. This will only change if the cost of making this service available increases significantly over time (as AI-related costs are outside our control).
Are there usage limits?

Yes. Currently, active subscribers can submit 100 questions each month for feedback. Note that this is 100 questions, not 100 interviews (one interview can consist of up to four questions, depending on your selections).
